Norah’s Valley Velvet Red 2018 is a de-alcoholised wine made from the Pinotage grape in the Nuy Wine of Origin Appellation. We remove the alcohol from the finished wine with no additions and are chemical-free. We put the wine through a spinning cone at low temperatures in a vacuum using cutting-edge technology.

Norah’s Valley Silk White 2020 is a premium de-alcoholised wine made of the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation. Accordingly, it has less than 0.5% alcohol, is low in sugar, and is officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Silk White is low in calories, and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.

Norah’s Valley Satin Sparkling 2020 is a premium de-alcoholised sparkling wine made of the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation. Accordingly, it has less than 0.5% alcohol, is low in sugar, and is officially dry.

In the cellar

We brought the grapes to the wine cellar and later destalked and crushed them. A period of 3 days of cold maceration took place before fermentation. Punching down every three hours, three times a day for the first three days extracts maximum color, aroma, flavor, and soft juicy tannins. The fermentation takes place following maturation in French Oak Barrels.
