Tasting notes compiled by Michael Oliver food and wine commentator and life time achievement award winner for Eat Out.
Norah’s Valley Cashmere Rosé is a premium non-alcoholic wine made of the finest Cinsaut and Blanc de noir grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation. Less than 0.05% alcohol, low in sugar, and officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Cashmere Rosé Alcohol Free Wine is low in calories, and vegan friendly and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.
Wine of Origin – Western Cape
Composition – 100% Cinsaut and Blanc de noir blend
Maturation – The non alcoholic wine is made for immediate drinking.
We brought the grapes to the wine cellar and later destalked and crushed them. Undertaking, the conventional fermentation and wine making process. We remove the alcohol from the finished wine with no additions and are chemical free. We put the wine through a spinning cone at low temperatures in a vacuum using cutting edge technology. The fermentation takes place following maturation in French Oak Barrels.
The beautifully designed matt textured bottle with gloss highlights showcases the elegant branding. Above all, the wine in the glass is a rich deep pink. This Rosé offers generous notes of fresh-cut strawberries, rose petal, candy floss eventually a delicious crisp palate. Basically, well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste. As a matter of fact, it tastes perfect for your next mocktails.
The Norah’s Valley Rosé is a great non-alcoholic drink on its own, with some ice if necessary, and is an excellent food partner. Serve chilled at between 7°C and 10°C. Enjoy this low-calorie drink and vegan-friendly Rosé with your favorite oriental dishes, deserts, salmon, salad, and pizza.
Overall, the ultimate pack of Cashmere Rosé Alcohol-Free Wine for all-day party.
Lastly, check out our other non-alcoholic wine collection.
