Norah’s Valley Cashmere Rosé is a premium de-alcoholised wine made of the finest Cinsaut and Blanc de noir grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation. Less than 0.05% alcohol, low in sugar, and officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Cashmere Rosé is low in calories, and the result is a crisp delicate-bodied wine.

Norah’s Valley Silk White is a premium de-alcoholised wine made of the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation.  Less than 0.05% alcohol, low in sugar, and officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Silk White has low calories, and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.

Composition – 100% Cinsaut and Blanc de noir blend (Rosé) , 100% Sauvignon Blac (Silk White)

In the cellar

We bring the grapes to the wine cellar and later destalked and crushed. A period of 3 days of cold maceration took place before fermentation. Punching down every three hours, three times a day for the first three days extracts maximum color, aroma, flavor, and soft juicy tannins.  The fermentation takes place following maturation in French Oak Barrels.

A bold, brightly-flavored bottle is what makes this wine a go-getter.

Tasting notes

Cashmere Rosé, elegantly labeled in a clear colored bottle to showcase the pink salmon color, closed with a screw cap. In the glass, the wine is a pale salmon pink. This Rosé offers generous notes of fresh-cut strawberries, rose petals, and candy floss followed by a delicious crisp palate. Basically, well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste. 

Above all in the glass, the wine is a pale golden straw. Bright fruit, desiccated pineapple, and mango give an exotic aroma. The palate is delicate and generous with the pineapple repeated, winter melon, mango, and an undertow of sweet tropical limes. Basically, well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste.  As a matter of fact, it tastes perfect for your next mocktails. 

Food suggestions

The Norah’s Valley rosé is a great glass on its own, with some ice if necessary, and is an excellent food partner without a doubt. Serve chilled at between 7°C and 10°C. Enjoy this low-calorie and vegan-friendly Rosé with your favorite oriental dishes, desserts, salmon, salad, and pizza.

The Norah’s Valley Silk White is undoubtedly one of the best non-alcoholic wines and offers a great glass on its own, as a mid-morning refresher, as an aperitif, and is an excellent food partner without doubt. Serve chilled at between 7°C and 10°C. Crisp summery salads, chicken, fish, seafood, or goat cheese all make great partners.
