Norah’s Valley Silk White is a premium alcohol-free white wine made of the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation. Furthermore, it is also less than 0.05% alcohol, low in sugar, and officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Silk White non-alcoholic wine has low calories, and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.

In the cellar

We brought the grapes to the wine cellar and later destalked and crushed them. Undertaking, the conventional fermentation and wine-making process. We remove the alcohol from the finished wine with no additions and are chemical-free. Using cutting-edge technology, the wine is put through a spinning cone at low temperatures in a vacuum. The fermentation takes place following maturation in French Oak Barrels. 

Bold, brightly-flavoured can is what makes this wine a go-getter.

Besides, it tastes explicitly tasty, and even more it is healthy.

Tasting notes

The beautifully designed matt textured bottle with gloss highlights showcases the elegant branding. Above all, the alcohol-free wine in the glass is a light straw color. This Silk White offers generous notes of litchi on the nose. The palate is delicate and also generous with the pineapple repeated, winter melon, mango, and an undertow of sweet tropical limes. Basically, well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste. As a matter of fact, it tastes perfect for your next mocktails. 

Food suggestions

The Norah’s Valley non-alcoholic drinks is a great glass on its own and is an excellent food partner undoubtedly. It is also a mid-morning refresher as well as an aperitif. Serve chilled at between 7°C and 10°C. Crisp summery salads, chicken, fish and seafood, or goat cheese all make great partners.
