Norah’s Valley Silk White is a premium alcohol-free wine made of the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation. Accordingly, it has less than 0.05% alcohol, is low in sugar, and is officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Silk White non-alcoholic wine has low calories, and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.

In the cellar

We bring the grapes to the wine cellar and later destalked and crushed. Undertaking, the conventional fermentation and wine-making process. We remove the alcohol from the finished wine with no additions and are chemical-free. We put the wine through a spinning cone at low temperatures in a vacuum using cutting-edge technology. The fermentation takes place following maturation in French Oak Barrels.

Tasting notes

The beautifully designed matt textured bottle with gloss highlights showcases the elegant branding. Above all, the wine in the glass is a light straw color. This Silk White offers generous notes of litchi on the nose. The palate is delicate and generous with the pineapple repeated, winter melon, mango, and an undertow of sweet tropical limes. Basically, well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste. As a matter of fact, it tastes perfect for your next mocktails. 

Food suggestions

The Norah’s Valley non-alcoholic drink is a great glass on its own, as a mid-morning refresher, as an aperitif, and is an excellent food partner without a doubt. Serve chilled at between 7°C and 10°C. Crisp summery salads, chicken, fish, seafood, and goat cheese make great partners.
