Toast to the holidays with all the festive cheer, minus the alcohol! 🍷🎉
Surprising right? Here we are presenting Norah’s premium non-alcoholic wine in South Africa. Although it comes in both bottles and cans, it still has several advantages. During this holiday season, it’s the perfect time to explore festive recipes and pair them with non-alcoholic wine.
One of the great things about non-alcoholic wine is that it can be used in many ways as traditional wine. Here are a few festive recipes to try:
Ingredients:
Instructions:
In a large pot, combine Norah’s Velvet Red non-alcoholic wine and apple cider. Then, add the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and ground nutmeg to the pot. After that, place the pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. You can reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the mixture is formed remove the pot from the heat and discard the cinnamon sticks and whole cloves. At last, you can pour the warm holiday drink into mugs and garnish each with a slice of orange, if desired.
Ingredients:
Instructions:
First, in a large pitcher combine Norah’s Silk White non-alcoholic wine and sparkling water. Then add the chopped fruit to the pitcher and stir well to combine. You need to cover the pitcher with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight, allowing the fruit to infuse into the wine. When ready to serve, give the sangria a quick stir and pour it into glasses filled with ice. At last, garnish each glass with additional fruit if desired, and enjoy your festive and fruity non-alcoholic sangria!
Ingredients:
Instructions:
Firstly, preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). After that in a small bowl, whisk together Norah’s Silk White, brown sugar, honey, mustard, cinnamon, and cloves to make the glaze. You need to place the ham in a large roasting pan and brush the glaze all over it. Furthermore, cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Every 20-30 minutes, baste the ham with the pan juices and brush with more glaze. You can then remove the foil during the last 10-15 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize and create a golden crust. Once the ham is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. At last, drizzle any remaining glaze over the sliced ham and serve with your favorite side.
Overall, Norah’s alcohol-free wine can be paired with a variety of holiday dishes, from savory to sweet. So, enjoy the season with non-alcoholic wine and festive recipes like classic holiday drinks and sangria to pairing suggestions like meat and cheese platters. So why wait? Get your bottle of de-alcoholised wine today and make your delicious drink.
