Norah’s Valley Cashmere Rosé is a premium non-alcoholic rose wine made of the finest Cinsaut and Blanc de noir grapes from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation.  Furthermore, it is also less than 0.05% alcohol, low in sugar, and officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Cashmere Rosé alcohol-free wine is low in calories, and vegan friendly and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.

In the cellar

We brought the grapes to the wine cellar and later destalked and crushed them. Undertaking, the conventional fermentation and wine-making process. We remove the alcohol from the finished wine with no additions and are chemical-free. We put the wine through a spinning cone at low temperatures in a vacuum using cutting-edge technology. The fermentation takes place following maturation in French Oak Barrels. 

Bold, brightly-flavoured can is what makes this wine a go-getter.

Besides, it tastes explicitly tasty, and even more it is healthy.

Tasting notes

The beautifully designed matt textured bottle with gloss highlights showcases the elegant branding. Above all, the wine in the glass is a rich deep pink. This Cashmere Rosé offers generous notes of fresh-cut strawberries, rose petals, candy floss eventually a delicious crisp palate. Basically, well balanced and harmonious in the waning aftertaste.
